In the ongoing national effort by a retailer, Walgreens has installed safe medication disposal kiosks in over 1,000 pharmacies across 45 states and the District of Columbia. Walgreens safe medication disposal kiosks provide a safe and convenient way to dispose of unwanted, unused, or expired medications at no cost, year-round.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/A47oil3RHKE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Kiosks are available during regular pharmacy hours and offer one of the best ways to ensure that medications are not accidentally used or intentionally misused by someone else.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The types of <strong><em>medications<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>accepted<\/em><\/strong> include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>prescription and over-the-counter drugs<\/li>\n<li>ointments and creams<\/li>\n<li>liquids<\/li>\n<li>lotions<\/li>\n<li>pet medications<\/li>\n<li>vitamins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">These items are <em><strong>not accepted<\/strong><\/em> at the kiosks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">hydrogen peroxide<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">needles<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">inhalers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">aerosol cans<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">thermometers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">illegal drugs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are safe medication disposal kiosks at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walgreens.com\/storelocator\/find.jsp?RxDisposal=true\">two Torrance Walgreens stores<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>4142 Pacific Coast Highway <\/strong>(corner of Anza &amp; PCH)<br \/>\nTorrance, CA 90505<br \/>\n(310) 375-9019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>22930 S.
