Hi Toby, TVs are classified as electronic waste and can be disposed of at collection events and HHW permanent centers run by L.A. County. There are HHW centers in Playa Del Rey and El Segundo, and collection events upcoming in Lawndale, Compton, Carson and other cities. Please see L.A.
