Hi Debra, small businesses can register with Los Angeles to become a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator (CESQG). CESQG businesses can drop off their hazardous/electronic waste at permanent facilities run by LA City & LA County. They assess a service fee based on the type and amount of waste you have. These fees are usually less than private companies would pay to collect your materials. You can find out more & apply at this link (scroll to the CESQG section): https://pw.lacounty.gov/general/faq/index.cfm?10965=10965&Action=getAnswers&FaqID=JSNNPz1SLSggCg%3D%3D&Keywords=1

Is there a company that we can pay to come get it and dispose of it properly? Thank you for your time and assistance.
